Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker – Enterprise Suite (SPOT ES)
SPOT has been designated as the Joint Enterprise contractor management and accountability system, providing a central source of contingency contractor information. Contractor companies are required to maintain by-name accountability within SPOT while government representatives use SPOT for oversight of the contractors they deploy.
Elluminates Software provided full lifecycle support to SPOT, including architecture and software engineering technical expertise to support the SPOT mission — spanning software, system, and network architecture; software and systems engineering; information security; and IT business engineering.
Architecture Review Board Co-Chair
Served as Architecture & Design Team Lead and co-chair for the SPOT ES Architecture Review Board, guiding the technology, architecture, and design direction of SPOT ES applications.
Software Engineering & Code Analysis
Delivered software engineering services and manual code and database code analysis to improve performance, functionality, and security across SPOT ES applications.
Contractor Correlation and Accountability System (CCAS) Implementation
Contractor accountability is congressionally mandated, and DoW is tasked with the management, tracking, and visibility of deployed contractors and any Government Furnished Property (GFP) assigned to them while accompanying U.S. forces overseas. The CCAS Implementation effort introduced new architecture, technology, and design to ensure SPOT continues to keep pace with evolving technology and mission needs.
Elluminates Software provided Software Engineering to enhance SPOT ES applications and served as Architecture and Design Lead — combining foundation, vision, and technical roadmap to bring CCAS concepts into the SPOT ES release cycles.
