Our is a serial entrepreneur who started his first business at 14. In the 1990s, he was an early Linux advocate and founder of linuxpower.org magazine. Following university, he served as Chief Architect leading the digital transformation of an aviation finance business, designing and delivering several successful SaaS products. In the wake of September 11th, driven by a sense of civic duty, he joined the Department of Homeland Security as a contractor during its early formation. Recognizing that software would come to define IT infrastructure, before the industry had embraced that convergence, he went on to found Elluminates Software. The firm has since delivered across a broad range of missions, including Law Enforcement and Public Safety, Cyber and Identity, and core Infrastructure.
